Ready to G&ther Differently?
This new workshop cooking series is your chance to learn the techniques Chef Pamela Keith has been sharing in private kitchens and corporate events for over two decades. Whether you’re already comfortable in the kitchen or just getting started, come learn from someone who believes the best meals are always the ones made together.
Cheese, Charcuterie & Edible Party Board
Build a stunning cheese and charcuterie board just like pros — starting with a handmade cracker bread that becomes the board itself!
Everyone Loves a Grazing Board!
The edible charcuterie board reimagines the classic grazing spread — instead of a slate or wood plank, the board is the food. A large, beautifully crafted cracker, baked by you, shaped to hold every cheese, delectable meat, olive, cocktail nut, and tapenade spread. Part craft project, part cocktail party showcase, and entirely edible.
Join Chef Pamela Keith for an evening dedicated to the art of the graze — from the handmade cracker base to the creatively curated toppings, worth gathering around.

Knife Skills
Hands-on, you’ll master the essential cuts (slice, dice, mince, julienne, chiffonade, and more), learn to sharpen and care for your knives, and practice side by side with a chef team that makes it feel less like a class and more like a really good dinner party.
The evening ends with a fusion stir fry and summer salad made from the ingredients you prep, plus a Pacific Blue Margarita. $80 all-in — instruction, ingredients, happy hour bites, 2 drink tickets, and your new knife skills manual.
What You’ll Make:
All the ingredients you work with in class, from summer vegetables, to fruits and organic chicken breast, will go into creating a delicious fusion stir fry and summer salad for dinner, shared together around the table. Gluten-free options will be available.
